They took great care of me. I bring my truck in there all the time and they always do a great job on it and never try to upsell me on anything. And today I brought my fiancé‘s tire in and they took phenomenal care of me will always continue to go here

This place damaged my car while putting it on the alignment rack, I warned them that the car was low before they took the keys as to avoid them damaging the car in the first place. Let me start by saying that I don’t think this information was passed to the tech. Well, they couldn't get the car aligned, not their fault but in the process of showing me the details of my suspension I noticed the damage. Once I called them out, the guy doing the alignment had told me that he had already spoke to a supervisor and that they’d replace the damaged part. When I got back to the lobby, it was apparent that the tech never said anything to the supervisor as he was clueless. Well, after talking to Mark, he said they’d take care of it and to come back tomorrow. I almost walked away but I came back and said this needs to be written down somewhere, so he printed a receipt saying that belle tire was responsible and they’d replace the part and to send him the details on the part that needed to be replaced, So I forwarded the original receipt. Well after a couple of phone calls from belle tire, they said that I’d get a check in the mail for the cost of the part, never happened. Then, they tell me to buy the part myself and they would reimburse me. I told them no, they damaged the car after I warned them, they need to simply send me the money or replace the part. After that, never heard from them again…. It’s almost as if they’re trying to twist the story to corporate or something by making me buy the part and then they reimburse me.

LADIES, BEWARE!! At the end of October 2024, I went to the Belle Tire on Woodward in Royal Oak for a tire rotation and alignment on a Friday after work. Driving home from the shop, I noticed that my alignment wasn’t quite right. I called the shop, but they had closed for the night, so I couldn’t immediately return for an inspection. The next morning, I called Belle Tire on Woodward to bring my car back in, explaining that there was an issue with my alignment. They told me they were “booked for the day” because it was a Saturday, and said they couldn’t address the issue until the following Monday. I ended up taking my car to a different Belle Tire location, that same day, who verified that my alignment was off and I needed an alignment. The second Belle Tire properly aligned my car and I was on my way. Last Friday, I returned to the Royal Oak Belle Tire on Woodward for another tire rotation and alignment. I waited for over two hours, paid $149 for the service (for the alignment and 1-year warranty), received my receipt, and left. I was so tired, I forgot to request the 4-wheel alignment paperwork with the specification of the ranges, this is something the shop should have provided, but didn’t. Shame on me for not requiring proof of work completed, I guess… While driving home, I noticed that my car was still veering to the left, and my alignment was STILL off. I ended up having to go to a second Belle Tire again, this time, I visited the Stephenson Highway Belle Tire in Royal Oak, and they verified that my front alignment was off and needed to be adjusted. The Stephenson Highway Belle Tire completed the work in under an hour and gave me a printout of my alignment ranges. As soon as I left, I could tell my alignment had actually been completed this time, because my car was no longer pulling to the left. It disheartens me that twice in less than six months, the Belle Tire on Woodward in Royal Oak charged me for either a botched alignment, or work that simply wasn’t done. That seems criminal. I can no longer go to this Belle Tire in good faith that my car will be serviced properly, and I’d advise anyone else to take caution.
