I have been a loyal customer of Grease monkey Murray number 782 for years now. I needed to have my brakes checked and made two separate appointments which they canceled because one said that a car had been up there a week and another mechanic said the car had been up there 2 weeks. They canceled both of my appointments so they could take care of this one car. I asked the guy up front if the car that they were bumping me for was making them money and he said that they weren't making money. I will not ever recommend that particular Grease monkey because of the employees that are currently working there. When I called to get somebody above them to complain to they told me that that is not how it worked at that grease monkey. They said it's fine if I give bad reviews and spread the word about how they treated me. I will not be back to that Grease monkey.

I wrote a previous review about the unprofessionalism of the crew at Grease monkey number 782 and I just wanted to let grease monkey and everybody else know that meineke got $718 of my money because they acted professional. I hope the car on the rack for 2 weeks what is worth it.

I paid $127 for an oil change a full service oil change looked at the paperwork that says where they've checked my tires filled my washer fluid check my windshield wipers clean the interior of my car and the windows and just to let you know none of that s*** was done. Possibly the most incompetent place I've ever had my oil changed at

For someone that historically does their vehicle maintenance, this is pricey but my new truck is under warranty and I'm not changing my own oil until it's out of warranty. Update September 2024: their lift is broke so they don't do tires. Sign says they do it all, clearly not. Tired of wat8ng my time with these places
