I thought the owner and his manager were personable and friendly. When I got overcharged on an invoice (corrected when I brought it up) and delayed by 3 weeks for a part delivery, I was concerned. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When my repair, covered by a 1-year warranty, had a noise issue the next day, the concern returned. I eventually reached out via text and email, as they had done with me previously. Rather than addressing my appointment for a recheck/warranty service, the owner stated I should call instead (on my voicemail) - runaround. I see why they have few clients. I forked out $650 around Christmas with them. I shall neither bring my car to them in the future or recommend them to anyone I know. The workmanship and overall experience left a lot to be desired.

I took in my vehicle because it had quite a bit of engine and transmission movement. I was recommended to Grand Prix Motors by a few co workers. From the beginning to end the entire process was amazing! I was able to take my vehicle in the day after i had called, got it diagnosed within the same day! Their team was great on keeping me updated with what was needed. The price was great and was given options for what parts i wanted to use. Repairs took 2 days which was fast, it would’ve been done in 1 but the dealer sent them the wrong part. My vehicle now runs great, no movement and look forward to working with them in the future!
