My wife had her dodge challenger at a local Dodge dealer for an oil change. We were told by the dealership that we needed a water crossover pipe and an oil cooler replaced due to leaking at the a cost of over a thousand dollars. So we called around because we knew the dealerships price gouge and the car is out of warranty. We had a couple of friends recommend GOTTS so we bought the car here and within a couple of hours, Bobby had the car repair diagnosed. It was just the water crossover pipe that was leaking. Oil cooler was in good working condition. They were honest and saved us over $800.00. And we had the car returned to us the same day. Thank you!!!! So I am adding to my previous review .. I have a classic car and I was in need of an oil change. I planned on doing it myself so I purchased the oil and filter. Then I figured I would ask GOTTS If they were interested in doing the labor for me because I don’t have a lift ( Just a floor jack and stands) and it would be a lot easier for me. They said they would. They got me in and the owner actually did the Oil Change and they also gave me an UNBEATABLE PRICE. THANK YOU AGAIN For your service and honesty...

These people don't mess around. They diagnose your car, tell you what needs to be fixed, and quote you a very competitive price. They don't try to upsell you like a few other shops I've come across over the years. That's probably the best part. Except for the price. And the fast service. And getting it right the first time. Went there when my brake light came on. They wouldn’t let me drive home because I had a leak and no fluid left‼️They drove me home and I picked up my car 2 days later good as new😊Even though my car is 22 years old they got parts and kept me informed and everyone there is soooo friendly ❣️I wouldn’t go anywhere else for car service. Their prices are very fair‼️🥰

Fast and effective. Diagnosed my ABS light fairly well. Gave me advice on what to do instead of telling me what he had to do to my car and how much it'll cost like most mechanics. I asked if my car was stable enough to make a distance trip. He let me know it was and what I should do prior. None of my experience gave me a vibe that I needed to have my car fixed by them immediately or that anything was going to be expensive. Gave me a rough estimate of what I asked to be fixed and it was much cheaper then any other place. $3-400 dollars. Other places were advising $800-1000+ When I walked in the worker was looking for a customer phone and he said he was doing it for 5-10 minutes. I'll add that any other type of worker anywhere wouldn't bother to look or go to the extent he did. (Pulled cushions, looked under furniture behind furniture etc) He obviously cared and they were pleasant from the moment I called to the time I left. will definitely go back here.
