Do not bring anything here I had them rebuild my 4l60 transmission twice after the second time I gave up I had nothing but wasted money and wasted time with this horrible company As I wad parting a truck out I met someone with the same transmission dealing with the same problems with the same company

PLEASE DO NOT listen to some of these reviews! I seen this company and thought wow you can't beat these prices. I had talked to Kevin about the reviews and my concerns and he was honest, respectful and helpful, so I gave them a chance and so far I'm very glad I did. Joe had just delivered my transmission and he was very friendly and helped give advice on the installation process.They both were awesome to work with. transmission looks great. I just have to get it installed and I will update everyone! But so far a VERY happy customer. here.

This company is a flat-out joke. It took them 2 weeks after I bought the transmission to answer my calls to find out why I didn't have a transmission yet or even a confirmation that I made a purchase. Then took 2 more weeks to get a transmission sent out. Now I'm dealing with warranty because I didn't even get 40000 miles before it quit working. They now have had it a week and they won't answer any calls at all. Poor poor service.

I really wanted to like this business and give a great review. When I first purchased my rebuilt transmission, the transaction went so smooth. I was super impressed how courteous the staff was and how fast they got the transmission shipped out to the repair shop. To make things even sweeter, I was given a 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. What’s not great about that? However, five months in the transmission went out. Ever since then, it's been hell trying to get the warranty replacement. This process all began in October 2018. I called and was told someone would call back, however, no one did as promised. I decided to wait until after the holiday season to begin calling again which I started calling again at the end of February 2019. Since that time, I have been given the run around week by week. I thought the situation was turning for the better a week ago when I was told to take the truck to the shop of my choice and to have the trans removed, drained and placed on a pallet for pick up. I’ve done that and now my truck has been sitting and taking up a bay space at the local repair shop. I’ve even had the mechanic call this company and they’ve been lied to twice, being told the transmission had been shipped out. This has been a total nightmare! I don’t know what else to do at this point. Now I’m stuck looking elsewhere to have the transmission rebuilt and the cost of labor all because Got All won’t honor the warranty that they offered. To make things worse, I called today before writing this review and was pretty much blown off and told that someone would call back. I’ve heard this before. I just wish they would do as they promise when I spent my money with them in the beginning. UPDATE: Got a call back from Jeff today. He was very respectful and professional. He advised me the transmission was there a the shop and would be shipped on the next day. I really appreciate getting a response and the professionalism that was offered. As I said in the beginning of my first review, the transaction was great and staff was very courteous. I was in no way trying to down the integrity or reputation of this company. I simply wanted business to be taken care of. Thank you again for your response and great service in this matter. I will definitely remain a loyal customer for my automotive needs.

It's hard to give a review when I haven't received my transmission yet! It's only been 7 days since I ordered. When I talked with Kevin he was very good on the phone with me and said I should receive an email with tracking number for my transmission, but have not received it yet but giving it another few days. Thus far no complaint!
