One of the best mechanics in all of lake county. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else, and it’s an array of vehicles. Lifted wrangler, a couple daily drivers SUV and Ram, and a Mustang. I’ve been bringing everything to him since he opened. I cannot say enough good things about this owner, his employees, and their work. Gold stars and A+’s all around!

I had taken my Chevy Cruze in for an oil leak, which was repaired. My car then, after about a month, began leaking again, so I came back under the thought that it could have been related to previous work. I was initially quoted over $1k after the inspection as they determined the leak was in the same area, but from a connected part rather than what they put in themselves. As little as I wanted to spend the money, I bit the bullet and brought it in to be repaired soon after. A couple hours after dropping my car off, I received a call from Gordon's, informing me that they had discovered that the leak was actually coming from a single bad washer. They replaced it for free and I drove away same day with no leaks since. They had every opportunity to lie and get the money I had already prepared myself to pay, but they did the right thing and did good work on top of that. Overall, can't recommend them enough!

Hands down one of the best mechanic shops I've worked with. Extremely friendly staff, very fair pricing, and honest people. I've always struggled to find a decent shop to take my vehicles to without fearing I'm getting the run around, getting gouged or walking away with the vehicle feeling worse than when I brought it in. They send an electronic quote to your phone that allows you to review their diagnostic notes and recommendations. Pricing is all listed for you, and you can approve and decline right from the web app without feeling pressured to answer in person or over the phone. They've even offered courtesy small fixes they found during diagnositcs! Have already spread the word and recommended it to family, friends, and co-workers. I finally found my mechanic shop and I won't be turning back! Anyone who says they've had a bad experience must have been dreaming. Highly recommend!
