My car was totaled in a rear end collision. Talk about stressful a week before Christmas. I found a vehicle I fell in love with in pics so I went to look at it. Steve Nissen came out and talked with us about the car and we took it for a ride. Loved it even more. He was the greatest. We talked all the numbers and I told him about the accident and that I was settling up with insurance the next day. He took care of everything and made me feel so relaxed and at ease.

I took my vehicle in because it overheated the day before. My budget was really tight because I am recently divorced and my rent payment went up and I had a big car repair (oil leak also done at Gordon Chevrolet) in February. The manager went out of his way to discuss with GM back and forth the issues with my car and my budget. After 2 days I was told what the price was and it was in my budget range! I was so relieved, thankful, grateful and so appreciative of Steve for helping me at a cost I could afford.

Wait wasn’t too bad before getting truck in for maintenance even though I was 45 minutes early. After maintenance (just an oil change) truck was parked just over 20 minutes with no word to us. Then was told vehicle was completed but vehicle was not washed. Was told when temps get below 20 degrees they can’t was cars because brushes freeze and scratch cars. The last time had maintenance done (warranty issue repair three times!) the car wash was broken. Service writer was nice and tried up selling which I expected. Free coffee…pleasant waiting area.

I always feel very comfortable getting service at Gordon Chevrolet. The gentleman who takes care of me John is awesome. I had things that were overdue on my Tahoe, and at my oil change he gave me a nice list-later I looked up how important they were. I have been to Cadillac dealer and other places and got extras but never this list. It meant so much to me-I made sure to get back within a month to handle. I even received a 10% off coupon. Everyone working at this dealership is friendly and aware. I plan to use them regularly and appreciate the care they take.

"Bada bing, bada boom"....."easy peasy lemon squeezy"....two of my favorite phrases to describe my recent oil change at Gordon Chevrolet. From start to finish the process was seamless! They scheduled me right away and I was in and out in no time. They have a very comfortable and accommodating waiting room and the personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. I pass two other Chevy dealerships on my way to Gordon Chevrolet, but I choose to drive a bit further to this dealership, as Gordon has provided an outstanding 5 stars every time I have been there (since 2022). I have had experience with the sales department (Mona), service department, ordering & parts, and the body shop - all have been "top notch!"
