Absolutely horrible service , they overcharge & price gouge, also try to steal your car from under your nose, Do NOT GO THERE, They wanted $380 for a Diagnosis & fixed nothing on the car, They are absolute Crooks, By far the worst Customer service, cursed & yelled over the phone & all because I refused service make sure you ask about policies & all because they will Get you, if they think they can, because I did not pay the $380 & him trying to negotiate it let me know something’s not right here, Just be careful, with these mechanics & I Repeat do not go here

Brought my car in with an issue, was quoted $1100 as an estimate. That was more than I could pay immediately, so when I went to retrieve the car and decide what I would do, they backpedaled letting me know they guessed at some of the things, and it might have been less, which set off alarm bells. They charged me $117 for the estimate, which only bothered me because they didn't actually bother to diagnose the problem. So after I get the car home, my tow truck driver has a look at it, and without so much as pulling out a wrench realized that the problem was actually a $7 cap that was leaking. So not only did they charge me for a diagnosis they didn't fully do, what they did do was just wrong, and likely would have charged me $1100 for something that was easily less than $100. Only 2 possibilities, incompetence or scamminess. The thing they guessed at? I did need. I paid the tow truck driver $200 to do it all. Obviously his costs are lower, I don't begrudge them their prices, just the shadiness.

They are a top notch mechanical service center. The lady whom runs the office is so cordial, accommodating, knowledgeable, and she is downright a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I recently had almost $1000 worth of engine work performed on our vehicle, that pretty much saved it from the junkyard. We had a local nonprofit help us with the cost of getting our vehicle back in top shape. They went above and beyond helping to facilitate this process and we are so grateful for their empathetic and helpful manner in getting this done. What could have been a very lengthy and tenuous process was effortless and accomplished without any hiccups in the process. Thanks again for the best service in town in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime, and without hesitation.
