Service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had my 2018 Ford Explorer in for the same problem 3 times. Each time I’ve had to argue with them. They tell me nothing is wrong with the car. I took the car in yesterday with a service charging system fault code and explained the car having the same symptoms as when they previously worked on it. Matt, from service told me they reset the fault code, but have found nothing wrong with the car the warranty will cover and I owe them $280. See attached picture of the daily code, but warranty evidently does not cover fault codes.

In late January, I paid $500 to buy a truck. They said they needed to fix transmission so I’d get it in 3 weeks. I tried to get paperwork done in week 4 so my approved loan wouldn’t expire…they did everything to stall, several times suggesting a different vehicle. Before I finally signed paperwork, I asked for test drive and now all the sudden there’s another issue (WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED) and they need 4 more weeks. I have paid $8,000 now and still have no truck. The 2 managers I spoke to Bruce and Anas are nice but suggest their hands are tied since the vehicle is in another department (SERVICE). This has been the WORST experience I’ve had buying a vehicle and I own several Ford vehicles. They provide ZERO updates. They almost got all the money before the vehicle was ready but I said the $20k balance which I’m loaning is not getting signed. I could be earning interest on my $8k if I knew the truck would sit another 4 weeks. It seems VERY DECEPTIVE.

All I can say is...I with my girlfriend and we were car shopping at a dealership for the first time and the salesman name Q was awesome..first he listen to what we were looking for and our budget we have...then helped us every way...yes we spend day there..but we got something we wanted in the price range want ...GO TO Q AND TRUST THE PROCESS
