I was involved in a hit and run and after having repairs done at Glockner, you couldn’t tell. very great attention to detail. Worked great with my insurance through State Farm. Only issue was being told repairs would take two weeks and it ended up being six after looking at suspension, but I really can’t complain. Jason was very helpful!!

My girlfriend bought a brand new Honda Civic and unfortunately hit a deer less than a week later. Before we get into this review, if you have a pulse or at least half of a functioning brain, do not ever bring your car here for any kind of work no matter how small. She has been told her car will be ready on a certain date 5-6 times in which she had to take off work every single day the car was “supposed” to be done as she lives over an hour away from this place. To break it down for the Glockner employees reading this, days off work=no money. On the 7th time they told her the car would be ready, sure enough she takes off work yet again to go pick up her vehicle and the stars aligned, it was actually ready. She drives home, only to find a bunch of scratches in the paint, fitment not done correctly, a Christmas tree for a dashboard of various warning lights of things that are wrong with the car, and a passenger window that no longer functions. So, for the love of God she calls them back scheduling yet another time to take off work, drive an hour away and give them the car again to fix the problems they couldn’t figure out the first time. Upon drop off on the second go around, Glockner was kind enough to provide a rental!!! Can you believe it?!?! The stars aligned yet again!! Her rental vehicle is nearly OUT of oil all together and what little oil is left is black, convenient. Now the latest update is that they don’t know what’s wrong with the car or how to fix these different warning lights and it doesn’t seem like they will know how anytime soon. If you’ve taken the time to read this almanac of a review, please for the love of everything spare yourself the time, stress and money and take your vehicle somewhere else. The only reason to bring your car to a place like this is if you are just as incompetent as the people that work there

This is what glockner produces after taking five weeks for a bumper, sensor in the front, and an intercooler to be replaced. From the bumper being loose and the lines not matching up, to the intercooler not even mounted to anything but hoses holding it up. to the sensor quitting while driving down the road showing every single light on the dash on. To make it all better I was told it was done a week before it was done which caused me to turn in my rental car to not having a car. No sense of urgency for them either just yea we’re trying to get it done. I wouldn’t have cared at all about it taking long I get that but the point of being lied to, then told I’ll just have to wait for their mistake to this shotty workmanship just pretty much says we don’t care. Welcome to the glockner family, where we make it easy 🙄.
