Global West Suspension

We (my son and I) bought a 68 mustang and all factory stock. It was a neat stock car but we wanted to update everything from motor to suspension.we looked around for quite awhile and settled on with Golden West Suspension. I've never done a front suspension work before but the team from Charlie to Doug made this process so easy. They were all so helpful and would always pick up the phone or call me back if they weren't there. The suspension is night and day and handles awesome. Thank you Golden West team for making this so simple and help when I wasn't sure about something. I would highly recommend this company because they stand behind their products and would never leave you stranded.

I ordered a coilover kit and was very excited to get it but I, in my impatience, expected to have had the parts in stock during this crazy world of COVID-19. I ordered the kit thru the website so I thought it was like PRIME (silly me hahaha). When I didnt get an email with tracking I called to make sure they had my email correct. That was when I found out how long I was going to have to wait. They person I spoke to explained that they were "slammed" with orders, were working crazy hours to try and catch up, all while staying open when they werent supposed to be. Needless to say I felt horrible for being so expectant and normally I wouldnt be and wouldve been a bit upset for taking so long but what the person I spoke with didnt know was that my husband called at the same time and was given the exact same date and reason for being behind so I knew they werent b/s'ing me. I ordered parts from this company because they come HIGHLY recommended but I didnt realize they were completely made and welded there (American made parts are important). Ultimately, I had to wait 5wks...but in the end I am still waiting on parts from other places thats 6months out now so they did great!!! The parts are AMERICAN MADE and look absolutely gorgeous!!! I would not only recommend any HotRodder to work with this company but plan on ordering more in the future myself!!

Over the past few months I have been installing a complete suspension system for my Chevelle using all of Global West's parts. The fit and finish is amazing. Doug & Scott have been awesome to work and gladly answer all of my questions every time I call. I also love supporting a business that owner operated and manufactures almost everything in house. Being that it is a small business you may have to be patient from time to time when dealing over the phone or by email, but I'm telling you, its 100% worth it. I would recommend Doug & his team to anyone that is looking to take their suspension to a professional level.

WOW I from Aberta Canada. I phoned in to order a set of 902 frame connectors .( cost $ 305 us ) I talked with sales rep. to make sure they had stock and cost for deliever and time frame. anyway was told shipping not to bad and will get back to me ! so I order them and was waiting for price back on deliever to canada and never hears back about 2 week later I saw my cedit card was changed $ 720 canadian ( $ 537 us ) about 1 .37 exchange rate AND $ 231 us SHIPPING ( THIS IS UPS DELIEVERY) The same frame connector from SUMMIT RACING are same price for parts BUT there shipping with fedex is $ 57 dollars US Both are from califoria been trying to get answers and something done about this BUT Global west has not got back to me ! was trying to deal with the company directly and well this happened BUYERS FROM CANADA be very carefull buying your parts and where you buy your parts and make sure you get something about shipping STICK WITH the company like Summit racing directly stuart To the owner I have reached out couple times by phone and emails to ( charlie ) and NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME !!!!! so why say to reach out to you AGAIN trying to get in touch with someone and NO ONE cares enought to get back to me !!!!!!!good product BUT sticker even upside down !!!! update june 6 still NO ONE getting back to me just order a bigger heavier box for other supplier in same town and it was $ 75 buck UPDATE TO OWNER again my problem is global west was to get back to me with a shipping cost quote first before shipping anything to me and NEVER DID !!!!! how can you send out stuff without a cost of shipping to people then weeks latter just charge there credit card ? as I said if you told me shipping was to be over 200 us i would of never ordered it , and sorry to say but you have NOT discussed this multiply times with me

I will start with saying I know covid has caused problems for every body. Ordered 56 Chevy upper and lower control arms March 12, 2021. I was told they would not ship until end of April. When that did not happen I was told end of May. End of May I was told middle of June. Middle of June I received the uppers and after another call told the bottoms would ship in a week, they were in assembly. It is now 4 weeks later, July 15, and still don't have the bottom control arms and the car is sitting more patiently than I am. It is time for global west to buy back control arms from one of their retailers and send them to me. After another call, I was told, July 16, that the control arms will ship Monday July19. I hope these work as advertised.
