I came here for 4 used tires. The entire process took about 2 hours. I shouldn’t have taken that long as they put my car on the lift as soon as I pulled up. But once they took my tires off they helped 3 people who pulled up after me. It’s currently 96 degrees in the city. How rude of you to keep pushing my service back as you got incoming business. He also charged like $5 more per tire than other places in the area.

I've bought tires from here 3 times for 2 different trucks. Each time I was given a fair price for good tires and the tires were installed with minimal waiting. If you need tires, new or used, and you hate the add-ons to the price other tire dealers always seem to tack on to the bill this is the place to go in Beaumont. One price is quoted and thats the price you pay. Simple, straightforward, and honest. I will be back when my truck needs tires again.

Hit a 4x2 plank of wood on the freeway, pulled off and went straight here for a run flat. 45min turn around from hitting it and back driving for $50. Hell yeah, thanks guys!!

so the other day I called this place after they have my size tires my Tahoe. Anyways after going down there the manager and acknowledged me and then went in the back talked to other worker. still waiting and then already talked to him on the phone it's another customer. A gentleman from outside was offering me Tahoe tires informing me that that place was too expensive. I was already torn on what to do so I did the right thing and stayed with the tire inquiredI and called. So rather than going with this deal on wheels and tires for a Tahoe this outsider I stayed at the shop. Waiting even longer and I had to get to the hospital for appt. he began he came back out and he began moving the tires back into another location and informed me he could not do it today. It was a horrible experience I came from Banning to Beaumont and already Prior talking to him on the phone, anyways I informed him that it was very rude and bad business that he had me sitting there waiting and waiting only to tell me that he can't do it today.I told him I should have went with the guy with the Tahoe tires not only what I got Tahoe Wheels but it was a hell of a deal. long story short the other guy told me I'm sorry ma'am how can I help you I said you know what I've been here before I've been getting tires from you guys and no I'm good I'll take my business elsewhere they said okay thank you!!!
