i ordered something very small so i had to pay for shipping. the shipping options this company website offered during checkout was 2nd day air, wednesday for $16 or thursday for $7. i chose the $16 wednesday delivery. on tuesday i got an email from ups saying delivery was changed to thursday. i contacted ups about a refund on the shipping charges and they told me it was up to global to refund. i contacted global and in a roundabout way they told me to stick it. they werent responsible for ground shipping refunds. i damn sure would have only paid $7 for shipping had i known wednesday for $16 was not going to happen. the difference isnt much, its all now about them not taking ownership of their website offering wednesday and thursday and charging different rates and only delivering thursday and not refunding the difference. its all about screwing the little guy with this company as far as im concerned. just because of this very small amount they can stick it and will never get another dime out of me or anyone else i might have referred to them in the future. i guess that little bit of money can buy the dude i dealt with an extra box of jelly donuts and maybe a fresh can of dip

Very professional. I needed a part. Found out they were local and let me pick up instead of waiting 2 days shipping from ordering online. Great place to do business with if they have or can get the transmission part you need.

Ordered parts online. They came on time. Was confused the item numbers on the shipping packing list are not the same as the numbers on the individual boxes, so if they accidently send you something similar but is wrong as the customer you aren't granted the ability to check quickly by atleast confirming part numbers. They returned my call a couple days after leaving a message on their voicemail. It was explained to me the numbers on the packing list are THEIR internal part numbers and are NOT going to align with the part numbers on the boxes as the parts come from several different sources who utilize different part numbers. I'm sure this happens at more places than just here but it would be nice if they included some type of packing list that coincides with the part you have in your hand when checking the contents of your package.

Ordered a part through them on monday and needed it by wednesday, payed for next day shipping and everything. I received a confirmation email but the shipping company actually were the ones that messed up and I did not receive the package on time. I contacted customer service and they made everything right. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Very good pricing. Quick shipping. Absolutely stellar customer service. I had an issue with an order on my end. I sent an email and in less than 1 hour I got a response and had my order corrected and on the way. It doesn't get much better than that
