We have been using the family owned and operated, American Force Field Service, for repairs of our fleet of 14 straight trucks for some time now. Services have ranged from a simple PM to full on engine repairs. Since switching to American Force, it has been nothing but a great experience with exceptional work. Austin and his team exemplify the meaning of customer service and hard work. On top of that, their rates and speedy turnaround times are an additional plus to their already A-1 service. I have never felt as if repairs or items were added to a quote unnecessarily and before any work is started, I’ve always been given a call to review the findings, repairs needed and recommendations for the future. I run Ace septic I have a 2007 freightliner had two different mechanics come over and look at it. Truck was down for over three months. Austin and Cody was able to troubleshoot it and found out that the external fuel pump sealed search back on the road thanks American force highly recommend they go above and beyond to make sure you get back to business

Austin was able to come out and do all our fleet PMs as well as troubleshoot and fix a truck we were having trouble starting. Great customer service too as he helped diagnose another issue over the phone.

We have been looking for someone who could help to get our little Kubota up and running, which we have inherited and was not maintained properly at all. It was pretty annoying to move dirt with a constantly stalling tractor. We have called all the surrounding Kubota authorized service centers and none of them would take it in and repair it unless I could spare a couple month. At that moment a gentlemen named Austin was recommended to at least have a look at the tractor. From here on out, it was just a matter of days until Austin stopped by and picked up the tractor. The main target was to get the equipment to a point, that we could get at least to finish up all the work around the house, before fall was over. Therefore priorities were set and Austin has communicated every finding and we were able to define every step along the project to get the tractor back on track within a week. You cannot imagine how happy I was, not just that we got it back after already 5 days, also because it was a pleasure to talk to Austin in a very professional way. Everything he talked about was implemented in the way we have discussed, to stay within the timeline and the allocated budget. During the repairs it was expected that Austin would find further issues, which were not deemed to be crucial at that point. The goal of getting through the fall has been accomplished, some spring work is coming up and I am already planning on calling Austin to get the next service done. I had Austin perform service-maintenance on my farm machinery- 2 tractors, a zero-turn mower, and a gator. My Holland tractor, which had been worked on by several mechanics, but was never fixed. He hauled it to his shop and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, does not do un-necessary work, is highly professional, and is considerate of cost. He is a very honest and kind person.
