Glenn's Body Shop Customer Reviews

Glenn did a fantastic job on my vehicle. When I brought it to him, it looked like the repair job was going to be pretty small, and he gave me a corresponding estimate. After starting the job, though, the work turned out to be more extensive. Not only did Glenn do a great job, but the final cost was only slightly higher than the original investment. I recommend him highly, and will bring all my future body work to his shop.

My vehicle was sent to this location for auto body work requiring them to rework and paint the roof of my Honda Ridgeline. The paint itself seemed ok but I was fearful of the end results down the road and worked with the dealer to procure a new vehicle. The truck was disgusting when it was returned to me. The person responsible for repairing my truck at this location did a very poor job keeping the rest of my vehicle free from issues. The truck had many places on other panels of the body where they spilled solvents and paint products. They had to replace the seal to my sunroof because it was damaged by them when it was being worked on (minor issue but the new seal was installed poorly by them and has a tare in it already). The vehicle was sent to them with an odometer reading 130 miles lower then when it was returned making me feel this location or the Toyota garage used it for their own means while I was without it. The truck wasn't prepped the way any professional body shop would do(knowledge I have from working in a body shop myself ), causing the issues with their sloppy work to be apparent in whatever was spilled on the rest of the vehicle. Through their carelessness and obviously lacking detail I now have to have my vehicle buffed and polished to resolve the issues they caused, costing me more money to get it back to a condition it was in prior to their possession. If they would have taken the proper precautions to tape and mask off the vehicle then the issues causing me to need it serviced again by someone else could have been avoided. I can't even begin to describe the engine compartment and how it looks like all the sanded material from the roof repair was shoveled into it after - it was so filthy. If you are thinking about using this location try a more professional shop who will do a decent job making sure your vehicle looks better then when they received it - I happen to think Seacoast in Brunswick is the superior body shop in this area.
