Glen's Glass

I’m very disappointed. I personally know Glen and use to babysit his kids. I’ve been contemplating on making this review just because of that reason. I had my windshield replaced last year by Glen, thinking he would do a great job. Well, turns out it was the exact opposite. He did a very sloppy job and scratched my car and instead of fixing the scratches, he just put the windshield in. He also did not seal the windshield properly, which is why I have a new crack across my windshield. I tried going through another company for a windshield replacement. After they looked my car over, I was told due to all the scratches, my car is now rusting all around the windshield and for their liability, they cannot put a new windshield in until the rust is fixed. Now I have to take my car to a body shop and spend my money on something that should of never happened, before I can even get a windshield replacement. Thanks Glen….

Glen went above and beyond expectations. Friendly, VERY prompt service at competitive prices. I had an unusual request (odd measurements for mirrors to go around my basement windows) and he had them done the same day! Nice guy. I will be back!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Took windows in to be fixed, Glenn said they’d be done in an hour. I come back with my mother and his kids are there, and he’s yelling at them. Screaming and cussing while I stand in the lobby. Lots of F bombs dropped towards a 10 or 11 year old... it made me feel sick. As a customer this is really not something I want to see from a place I am giving my business... His employees (or buddies, not sure) were drinking alcohol and laughing. Completely inappropriate ON THE JOB. I yelled and waved at him standing there for at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. It had been past an hour and my windows were not fixed. I ended up taking them back to take my business elsewhere. Not to mention the interior of this place was gross, completely trashed and disgusting. Rude team, awful service. This man does not know how to run a shop. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Bad business. I came to this place to get a new side mirror cut out for my car which had been broken, they said come back tomorrow and we will have it done for you. I come back the next day and they were like, oh sorry we didn't get to it. So they said come back the next day before 5pm, I do, but nobody was there, the one guy maning the place was gone. I call the next day and they said they were gone on a service call, ah ok, you could have called me to let me know that. I'm finally back here and I've been waiting 25 minutes now for them to come put my mirror back on, of which the guy told me previously is a 5 minute job. They finally got my mirror on. Looks good if it holds.

This was the absolute worse place to use. I wouldn't call this a business at all. They NEVER answer their phone, rescheduled my apt (without telling me) because it rained, and then said they would be here at 9am and finally showed at 1130. I had been calling and there was no answer. They only thing he had to say was " If you don't want me to do it, I don't have to." HORRIBLE
