Met Frank in past for small glass replacement, great work. Upon holiday front windshield cracked and immediately contacted Frank at Glass Express. Kyle and Stacy did their job well, immediately responded... communicated well, explained all... NO complaints so far so good. Recommended

Needed installation of a new window sash for a large palladium window over the front door on the second floor of our house. Glass Express not only had the most reasonable bid for the job, everyone at the shop I encountered was a pleasure to work with! It took a while since everyone is so busy but Ernesto showed up today with two other techs. Between the three of them they had everything done in about an hour and a half. Super neat, clean, courteous and just overall great people! Will be using them exclusively going forward for any glass needs we may have!!

Two Words- Forget Safelite I will now only use Glass Express & so will everyone I know. Glass Express is fast, courteous, professional and Susan was extremely kind and helpful. I was having a very difficult time finding a local auto glass company where I could actually talk with a human to schedule an appointment. I was definitely not full of peace & serenity when I called Glass Express, but once Susan took over, she handled absolutely everything. She organized the entire procedure with the dealership & my insurance company. I made one phone call to Glass Express & within 24 hours the job was complete and it was completed perfectly. I truly appreciated all the assistance & guidance I received with getting my Jeep Gladiator’s windshield replaced and since Jeep windshields always crack, I’ll certainly be back! Thank you Susan!

My experience was great from the second I spoke to Susan in the office to schedule for them to come look at my sons bedroom window that had recently broke , they made everything very easy a simple.Frankie came to take the measurements the next day who was very professional! Within a week the glass had come in, and a few days later Al and Frankie came to install the window. Fast and beautiful work! Will definitely use them again!

Charlie and Miguel did a great job changing my windshield and they even changed my window regulator for me!!! Then three days later on the wonderful LIE a huge truck in rush hour was letting it rain rocks and I had a huge chip in my brand new windshield. Called glass express and the next day Miguel did a very effective quick repair! Great job would defiantly use them again

Windshield replacement was smooth, seamless. They handled insurance and even arranged for calibration. Great family run, small business and a much better choice than the big corporations
