Their appointment system is beyond screwed up. Will not confirm a time until a couple hours before available, making it impossible to schedule, especially for someone like myself who works nights and sleeps daytime. Called on a Saturday, booked for a Monday. Called Monday morning to confirm a time, they still wouldn’t give one. Missed the call for a tech so they pushed me back to Wednesday. Called around same day and got my window repaired elsewhere. Don’t use these unprofessional amateurs.
