Glass work was ok. Their business practices felt like a scam though, so I hope someone else reads this and isn’t fleeced. Called on a Thursday and got a quote for around 350 for a front windshield replace. Cool. Was informed that the tech would call between 8-9 the next day to schedule the work. The next day, no call was received from the tech from 8-9. I called the company at 0930 to ask what was going on, and they said they put in another ETA request for the tech. Still nothing. I called AGAIN around 11 asking where the tech was, and they said they would put in another request for him to schedule. Nothing. It wasn’t until around 1pm that the tech called to say he was on the way in 5 minutes. No scheduling or asking when’s good for me. When the tech arrived, they brought the wrong glass. Which wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply called to confirm the car details. So they have to leave back to the shop to get the glass, and it’s 100 dollars more. So to recap, Glass America have no communication, left me stranded for an entire day, causing me to miss work, and on top of that, charged me extra due to their incompetence. My experience was a dumpster fire. Look somewhere else for glass repairs.

GA-Sunnyvale helped me calibrate my Honda ADAS system after the front camera failed. Very thorough. Everyone there was great from initial call to the actual calib job. Thumbs up!
