When I called they put me on hold by placing the phone next to a unknown dot matrix printer then after enduring that sound for 5 min someone came on the phone and said "did u Hang up on me " and before I could answer hung up on me so I of course called back and when a younger male answered I tried to explain no please don't put me on hold just hung up on me ... when I attempted the 3rd time someone just picked up the phone and hung up ... apparently they have way too much business and don't want to take on any new I would find someone who wants customers !!!!!
