I came in today looking for some grease for a trailer hitch and ball? There was 7 cars outside. One guy was leaving before, when I was coming in. There was a lady on the phone with a business call. I waited two-three minutes and not one soul came to assist. There was a semi on the side possibly being unloaded, but that doesn’t mean not to have any staff to cover for customers. I went to O’reilly’s they were pack busy. I was assisted quickly and on with my day.

Absolute perfection. The gentleman who first helped me was caring and funny, and so helpful. He was unable to change the battery out for me, but that was perfectly fine. Nikki and Cameshia grabbed their tools and the necessary supplies and had me on my way lickity split. They explained everything to me in easy terms, showing me directly what they were talking about, and none of it was patronizing. Everyone in that store works together like a well trained pit crew, helping to ensure customers are taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend THIS store and THIS team for any of your automotive repair needs.

The manager at this store is very rude n nasty towards customers. She should not be in the position she is in. I have gone in this store many times. But won't go back again.ill go to the store on hey 200 they have. A great staff n they are much more friendly with there customers

I give 1 star because I can't leave it blank due to an employee, Destinee. Apparently she made a trip to our house to know what parts were needed for my son's truck better than we did. The list she was given apparently wasn't needed. My son had to make another trip and return her suggestions because what she sold him wasn't for his truck. Now my son was at fault too for listening to a girl about part and I can say that being a woman myself. When an employee is handed a list, they need to go by it especially when we were trying to teach our teenager how to get parts on his own. If you go here, don't allow her to "help" you.

Very unprofessional on airport rd. Tried saying I purchased it at the other store across toe. Advance is advance should be able to take it to any on I want too. Jason was very unprofessional had attitude didn’t know his job apparently. Still got my battery and called corporate. I will never go there again
