The people who own this operation are professionals! I've rented personal watercraft and a pontoon boat in the past. Eric rebuilt my Sea Doo. He even gave me insight on the better PWC to buy in the future. His wife is cool too, she can back you down the ramp in one shot and fast. Up river there is an undercurrent and makes it extremely difficult to get back up on craft, if you flip it!! If you think these folks are unfair, you'd be wrong. If they declined to rent to you, It's for YOUR own safety! Eric and his wife know what they are doing!! These are cool, down to earth people! Treat em nice! Mark The Shark!!

Tl;Dr: These people are untrustworthy and not only poor but dangerous mechanics. Chelea and her husband Erik, owners of get wet rentals recently sold me a pontoon boat. They sold it to me as an ugly boat with a great motor. Me not knowing anything about boats and taking them at their word believed I was getting what I paid for. On the test drive it took awhile to get going which she assured me was just from sitting but eventually the boat ran. I've learned much about outboards in the last few weeks. My mechanic tore the carbs apart and it was apparent someone had been in them many times yet never spent the 50 bucks on a rebuild kit. Instead they drilled out and broke the pilot jets and made it run rich enough to blacken a brand new set of plugs in 20 minutes. They also told me they service it twice a month and the lower unit was brand new which a quick inspection revealed a shiny water pump with every fin broken indicating it was not only old but had been started and ran dry. $1000 dollars and 5 messages with zero replies later I was out on the lake with my family for half a day. After an hour or 2 I noticed the boat was listing to one side so when we got back to the launch I pulled a plug and drained at least 50 gallons of water out of one pontoon. Chelsea is a great salesman and extremely personable however after seeing how they wrench and do business I wouldn't let Erik try and fix a lawnmower, let alone anything that your life depends on on the water. I'm sure they have enough legal waivers to cover themselves in the event their equipment hurts someone but considering this boat was a rental I would trust their equipment about as much as I trust them.

Great experience. Shoutout to Shayla and Eric for all their help making sure we had a great experience. Called a couple weeks prior to our arrival to reserve two jet skis, Shayla was very pleasant, patient and helpful on the phone and in person when she got us through the paperwork. Price was very reasonable. We ran the jet skis long and hard and they ran beautifully and fast! We were headed back to return them and my fuel was low so I put in a couple gallons and like a dummy dropped the gas cap into the river! I didn't want to get water in the gas tank so I called Shayla, she sent Eric to pick us up at the gas station. He got there fast and gave us the same excellent customer service Shayla did. Would definitely recommend these guys and will rent there again.

We were in town for the weekend. And one of our seafood battery decided to take a dump we passed by and seen this location been open Eric was immediately very helpful and got us a battery and was very helpful I also seen he rents out jetskies I say if your in town go to this location and ask for Eric

We had a wonderful experience! They take you right to the boat launch and pick you up after. Super convenient and super friendly!! We will definately use them again! Our family had so much fun!
