Not a helpful place for me. Needed 2 batteries, they said ther were not allowed to "work on vehikces" Merced O'Reillys does and has for years!! Anyway, they tried to send me 25 miles in the opposite direction of my RV travel route which, would have added 50 miles to the trip, UGHH. I looked up auto parts on my google and found a place 4 blocks away. AUTOZONE

3 strikes you're out. My 3rd time here being ignored by employees. Poor customer service at this location. I'll go to Napa, Walmart or have it shipped to me from someone else.

Had to order parts from here, unfortunately! I spoke with the manager over the phone and ordered all the parts to replace my control arm bushings. We discussed that the computer told him I only needed two, but that each arm has two. He agreed to order two extra because they might or might not come two in a box. When I picked up the parts, there was only one in each box and he never placed the order! So I drove a half hour home and then back in again the next day. I thought we had everything good, until I was halfway through the job and realized I didn't have the tie rod ends. I had been charged for them, but never received them. The manager did send them to me when a worker got off work, but it still delayed my work and I was forced to reschedule the alignment. Sometimes it's the small details that matter and the manager dropped the ball on this one. He gave me a small discount on the bushings, which was tiny compared to the whole order and had very little effect on anything. Not impressed and I will be taking my business to AutoZone from now on. Update: per the response to my review I contacted using the link provided. It was just lip service. They didn't do anything to make it right and it was a waste of time. If you are going to reply that you want to make it right, be ready to take action and actually do something. Don't tell me you want to make it right and then do absolutely nothing about the situation.
