The work was horrible. The first time they gave back my car they had broken both taillights installing them, the bumper did not line up, there were metal shavings in the paint, they used caulking instead of body filler, the paint was wet when they put the car back together so it was messed up. Tim lied to me about having an alignment done and then lied and said he would get me the specs. There were hammer marks inside the trunk, bare metal inside and underneath and the impact absorber was taped into place. On multiple occasions Tim and the manager Jeremy lied to me and said things such as "that's not supposed to line up right" or "a $40,000 Ram isn't perfect, your car won't be" "we don't get paid to fix damage we cause with our tools so we don't repair it". The insurance company forced them to take the car back to fix it right. 2 weeks later it was only slightly better. Then the insurance company forced them to fix it again. I got it back 3 weeks later and it's still not right and the bumper cover is falling off again. I would avoid this place at all costs

I found the Gerber collision shop to be racist. They treated me badly from the day I took my car there and declined them permission to do my repairs. They then sent my insurance company some untrue information as to why I didn’t want the claim work by them. Terrible place of business. Asked to touch up a one in scratch on my front bumper the claimed it was not in the claim but they would have to take off the whole bumper. They lied and told my insurance company that I wanted them to put in my claim.

Gerber Collision really impressed me, mainly because of Teresa's awesome customer service. I kept calling her about fixing my window, and she was super nice and understanding every time. Even though they were swamped, she made sure my truck was looked at within the same week. Teresa is definitely a star at Gerber. And when I went to their office, Mike was great too. He was really understanding and professional while checking out the damage to my truck. These guys are good at what they do!"

No good, just waste of time. Got estimate approved from my insurance, the shop in mentioned gave estimate which also got approved by my insurance to install and buy the aftermarket bumper, yet the Garber collection aka head manager( I don't work for you) decided on putting and ordering another bumper out of what agreed upon in HIS own shop estimate. So shady business and greedy, trying cutting corners buying cheaper bumper out side what the estimate stated. Avoid! MR manager: maybe learn to listen to understand not listen to respond, and yes you do definitely work for me, I pay the bill!!
