The personnel at Gerber Collision in Escondido are very friendly and professional. I have worked with them on one other occasion and was so impressed with the work and how seamlessly they worked with my insurance company. I highly recommend this business.

Friendly and professional, excellent work on our Rav4, like it was never damaged, I didn't ask, but I believe they washed it, it was looking pretty clean, thank you, everyone in the office were extremely nice, God bless you 🙏

The folks here are super nice and respectful for your time and effort. Despite repairs taking longer than what other auto body shops might be able to do they did great. The reason is due to proper and quality parts. Honestly, I think the extra few weeks for actual, straight from manufacture is well worth the wait. These guys make sure that the parts they use are of actual quality and try their hardest to make all of their repairs in a timely order. I see a lot of people complaining about the long waits, but you have to remember that there's a lot of shortages right now especially for cars and the people here are actively checking in for the parts they order, most other body shops I've been to put in the order and forget about it completely after two days. Props to these guys for working super hard :)

I am very pleased with the service at Gerber Collision. Ryan kept in touch by text often as the work was being done on my car, and it was done much quicker than expected. It looks beautiful! It was also very convenient to be able to leave my rental car there instead of having to return it myself. The office staff was friendly and efficient also. I highly recommend this shop!

I had gotten a new bumper there after I received a random dent, they were very fast and extremely positive. Kept me informed every step of the process and finished days before expected. My only complaint is my bumper still isn’t set in correctly and I have to snap it in once in a while. It’s not an issue it just looks off. Would highly recommended this shop though! I will be back for a collision or glass repairs.

Went to Gerber after a vehicle sideswiped our van. The staff was friendly helpful and the repairs went over really smoothly. However, after picking up our van we noticed that one of their staff had cut the power chord to, and tried to rip out our dash camera, and stole memory card. We emailed Gerber and at first they responded, said they would take care of it. After we arranged a time to go over, we show up only to be told the person who will take care of it wasn't in and would reach out when they got back. 3 months later and we haven't heard any response from them. We were forced to spend money to replace the camera that they destroyed. It was becasue we had a dash camera that we were able to prove that the initial accident wasn't our fault. Yet here Gerber is, destroying installed equipment they should never have been touching, then ghosting us after they promised to make us whole for their mistake. While the actual repairs went well, I no longer trust them. I will no longer take any repairs to them, nor will I reccomend others take repairs to them.

Had a very bad experience with this auto shop. My car was there for a month and nothing was fixed, it actually came out worse. They had little to no communication with me.
