Marco and his crew have gone above a beyond to restore my precious car back to “new” condition! Marco is extremely detailed in his craft and notifies me in the most timely of manners! I took my black 2012 Mercedes Benz C-Class in to get the hood repainted as the original one had major clear coat failure. I ended up not using insurance and paid cash for this as I didn't want a claim to affect my rates. Marc did an exceptional job from start to finish. He made the process a breeze and the hood looks better than it did brand new when they were done with it! It seriously looks like my hood is a mirror. I have been screwed over by body shops in the past and to finally have found one that is trust worthy and more than reasonable with prices is a great feeling. I highly recommend California Collision Center for any of your paint and body needs. They are the bees knees when it comes to collision repair and customer service. Marc & Ramon are top notch! Thanks again guys! I will be back :)

Dear Roman Thank You :) You called me for a feedback on the last work when my neighbor scratch my car in the parking lot. Great job had me back on the rode in weeks. I was in an accident May 31st 2019. Thank GOD you called me the day after I had BIG accident and you said, “don’t worry will be there to pick up the car” hearing the words felt so good. I’m single not sure what to do 1st. I had my car tow to my home because I didn't know what to do in that moment. They came prompt ready to work on my car. I do not believe I have ever received such amazing customer service, I knew that the reputation is great anything that I could have expected. Well done! This shop is great! Ruben provided exceptional customer service, the repairs make the car look and run just like when it was new, and communication was clear and upfront. My car needed significant front end work and the guys had it done within a week! I had total peace of mind leaving my car with California Collision Center and that peace is worth every penny. Highly recommend for any of your Autobody needs!

I walked in to the California Collision Center in Escondido, without an appointment, to ask for help with the spoiler on my Toyota that was completely loose on one side. I had already purchased screws from Toyota and showed them. Immediately, my car was taken into the shop and repaired in less than 10 minutes without using the screws I provided , since they turned out to be the wrong ones. To my surprise and delight, there was no charge. Thank you California Collision Center for your professionalism and kindness. I would definitely recommend your shop to anyone for any kind of repair.

Great place to get your repairs done. Very friendly staff, in constant communication about insurance inspections and status of repair. The actual repair was quicker than the insurance company was to approve the claim. I had a great experience hence can only recommend this place.
