Jose was super helpful! Unfortunately, there were no loaner cars available for my service, but Jose sent a valet for drop off & pick up at my home, which was very convenient. He also called me and we discussed what my car needed. The service on my car was great and it’s driving very well. I’m very happy with Jose and how easy he was to speak to.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships throughout my life. I have to say this was one of my best experience yet. From the beginning, they treat you well. My service manager help me out I was in and out very quick. They have complementary coffee, espresso, etc. they took care of my Uber ride complementary and also very clean waiting area. I loved it.

My experience during my first service of my car was outstanding. The cleanliness, efficiency, professionalism and care had set a standard for me. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel as if services were not fully explained to me. I appreciate the informative efforts that were taken and Jose’s patience with me and my questions and ensuring I walked away knowing more about my car than I started.

This dealership is absolutely horrible. From the moment after I bought and paid for the car things went directly downhill. the car They never explained the car, won’t answer their phones and if they do and you leave a message for someone you will not get a call back. They truly don’t care at all about you after they have your money. Genesis Santa Monica is the worst car dealership I have ever been to in all my life. I’ve had to call “corporate” to finally get a call back. They constantly say they don’t have enough staff to handle the work. I don’t know if that’s because of the working conditions or if there’s some other reason but for 2 years I have been treated terribly. One other agency in Pasadena was great but they closed. I’m hoping to find another location. I wouldn’t recommend this place in Santa Monica to anyone - ever!

Everyone was very courteous. I had a 9:40 appointment and had to wait until 10:00 am to speak with my service technician. The waiting area was very nice with comfortable chairs and beverages and snacks if wanted. My service technician was great and kept me up to date with the service on my car. It was ready when he said it would be ready and it was washed and shining!
