Shout out to Jeff and other team members in the service department. I always have a good experience at this location. Jeff went above and beyond constantly texting me with updates about my vehicle. Made an online appointment due to the check engine light intermittently coming on. Decided last minute I wanted to get an oil change as well. They were able to accommodate that request + more.

Made an appointment online for my 2023 F-150 oil change and rotation. The online appointment scheduling was very easy to use. I was greeted by Dominic in customer service who was very nice and attentive. He set up a texting service for me to be able to track the progress of my truck. My vehicle was completed before my estimated time, thank you! Also they offered to drop my vehicle off to my home free of charge! Say what?? Beyond grateful for that service and the overall experience with the service department. The young man (I apologize for not knowing his name) who dropped off my truck was very kind and professional. Way to go to Gene Butman Ford for having a great system of hiring exceptional people and no doubt having a wonderful onboarding employees so they stay.

Recently had an engine misfire in my F150 and took it here for service. They offer a valet service to come to your house to pick up and drop off your vehicle before/after service that was very helpful. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and the text message communication with Haley Nicholas at Gene Butman was very professional and prompt. Unfortunately, a couple months later I got the engine misfire again, but when I called Haley back again, she was able to get the out of warranty diagnostic fee waived due to the short time between service visits. I used the valet service again and the communication was excellent once again with the text message service.

Took my ford focus in so they could take a look at the transmission which is still under the warranty. They charged me $255 for labor and all they did was “test drive” and check the codes. How do you test drive a vehicle without putting miles on it?! And any chain auto parts store will check the codes free of charge… all of this seemed confusing so when checking out we asked what we were being charged for if no services were truly rendered and were told “I’m just a cashier”. No one else was available to help us either. And to top it all off we had to just go find our own car on the lot. Once getting to my car the driver side windshield was filthy and the radio was blaring, so not only did they do nothing to my car they actually managed to leave it in worse shape than when I brought it in.
