Good guys who work fast and get you back on the road. Will go there again! UPDATE: A week after buying new tires, I ran over something and had a blow out. Limped over there on a spare shortly before they closed, and these guys worked me in and fixed me up with a new one. Cost me nothing, since I had the road hazard coverage! They turned that lemon of a day into lemonade and are true to customer service. Thank you!

If you have anything else to do that day then just forget it. When I got there they pulled the car right in and started. I don’t know what they did for the next two hours and forty-five minutes to change my oil and rotate tires. I know Gateway costs are high I just didn’t think they were high and slow.

The tires didn't last but 3 months. We had a blow out on a road trip, come to find out the tires they gave us were dry rotted. We aren't from Tennessee. So when we tried to see if they could give us any commission, they said "you will need to drive the 278 miles back" on a spare by the way. So I can't recommend going here. And if you are passing through and have issues. There customer service isn't any help either. P.S, I sent them an email for the RM and never heard from them. So again, I'd skip going here.

Got some great service from Mr. Swift at Gateway today. He told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour for my oil change, and he had me out the door in under 40 minutes.
