I will never use another parts store other than O'Reilly's! Every time I have ever come into this store they have bent over backwards to find me what I need. Staff is always super friendly. Prices are SLIGHTLY higher than other places, but you get what you pay for. They are second to none!!!

So, the phones were having an issue and the lady on the phone yelled at my husband because of it and when he said nicely that he didn't understand why she was angry. She hung up. Childish and unprofessional. He was never snarky or unprofessional in any way. Her name was sandy. So, we waited a few minutes and called back and spoke with a man. We didn't complain to him, we just said it hung up somehow to which he offered NO apology. He just ignored what was said. We asked him about spray can paint samples... he said they don't do them! LIE... they have them on their website.

We'll be back. Clean and well organized. Didn't have the exact battery that I wanted, but have the next (lower) option. At the end of the day, I have a battery that fits my car. 馃憤
