Outstanding customer service. Had a service light on in my 2016 Honda Pilot, & they did all the services it needed, checked & topped off all fluids needed & turned off the service light. Didn't charge me anything for the work. Highly recommend this business!!!

The price was better than any competitor for a similar tire. The check in process was quick. The staff was friendly. I got a call when the car was ready, in the time frame promised. The drive is noticeably smoother with the new tires. I agreed to a LIFETIME PROTECTION PLAN to include balancing and rotation among other features.Then I was charged an additional $20 fee for mounting and balancing. It seems the lifetime balancing did not include the original balancing.

They ordered our tires and got them in same day. Prices were reasonable. They rotated and mounted 2 new tires in less than an hour. Terry was friendly. Knowledgeable and funny. The ladies room was immaculate.
