I recently went for my 6000-mile service (car has 96000 miles). As expected, I needed some tires and other work done. As usual, all the work was done on time and your service team kept me informed. Driving to an important appointment I noted my check tire light was on. I returned to the service department, and everyone jumped through hoops to check out the issue and resolve it. I was able to get to my appointment on time. The Garavel team is reliable and customer focused. They are an example of GREAT SERVICE !!

I was not happy with the lack of due diligence. The same day, I bought a car I asked him to troubleshoot an issue with my locks. I had to leave and come back twice in order for them to take my inquiry seriously. I didn’t expect a solution that day, but I expected them to thoroughly check the problem and they didn’t. I had to complain to my sales person in order for them to follow through the way I needed them to. Then they discovered I had a break light that needed to be replaced. I questioned one of the service front desk workers Why due diligence wasn’t done And he said it was because it was Friday and he couldn’t take a tech off the line to check my issue and I should come back Monday. Mind you, this was a lock and safety issue. The process was so slow and a hassle That I had to take an entire day off of work. I do appreciate Gary, my sales person For helping me with this matter.

While my car was being repaired, Joe kindly and quickly transported me to and from my home. The mechanic, Josie, provided a detailed report of repairs and recommendations. Garavel is great! I had an appointment for Oct 9 but when I arrived it turns out my appt wasn't until Oct 23! They were extremely understanding and ended up taking my car in for servicing anyway.
