I can't say enough good things about G & C Auto Body! Having our family car damaged was a very stressful time and a huge inconvenience, but the body shop helped us through it. The staff kept us well informed with regular updates, making the whole process stress-free. Every member of the team is clearly talented and dedicated to their craft. Special thanks to Jerad, their estimator, who has outstanding customer skills and made sure we understood every step. Our car looks fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I’d also like to give a big shout-out to Kimberly at the front desk. She contacted our car insurance company and was awesome throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

They kept right on schedule, did what they said they would do, only better. Great communication. Right after I filed my insurance claim they contacted me for an estimate. I came in and they told me what they would do, the part they had to order and when they could start and when they would be finished. This all happened very quickly. They coordinated with the rental car company to pick me up and later return the car. When they delivered the car, right on time, it had been beautifully detailed. Bravo and Thank You!!

I recently had my car repaired after I got rear ended and I was completely satisfied. It may have taken a while longer but it was worth the wait. My car looks alright, that rear end was just so badly damaged. Now, to feel how it drives.

On the day of the service, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Frank, my assigned advisor, conducted a thorough initial inspection. He provided regular updates throughout the repair process, ensuring I was never left wondering about the status of my vehicle. They even cleaned the car (including tires) on day of the pickup. What could have been a stressful experience was transformed into a hassle-free one.

Great experience! My car was hit while being parked. Not only did the insurance do there thing but G&C helped arrange my rental car pick up and drop off. Kept me updated on the work daily and made it an easy process! My car was in and out within a few days! Highly recommend!
