My brother recommended I take our dad’s car to Guillermo at their MV location. I live out of state and had no idea where to go. I am so thankful that he found a great mechanic like Guillermo. He called me back not long after I dropped off the car to discuss the issue. His findings were more involved than what was originally assessed however he communicated that he was determined he would find the best way to get the lowest cost to us. Great communication throughout the day and got the parts and repairs needed to fix the front lights issues in less than 8 hours and was happy to report that the cost was going to be a fraction of what was originally thought. Because of this experience I would definitely recommend G &A.

Didn't fix any of the issues on my car (Stiff steering wheel, weak brakes, bad alignment). Yelled at me, and refused to fix what he didn't fix including my alignment until I got my tires replaced, that got ruined in the first place because he didn't fix my alignment. He even tried to make me spend more/upsell me on issues he was supposed to fix beforehand. When I went to get them replaced at Costco, they told me they couldn't replace the tires until the alignment was fixed. I ended up going to another repair shop which fixed all my issues. This place is a scam and Guillermo is a cheat and a liar. Go somewhere else.

After a year of stress, anxiety and hell with this place, I would not recommend it. Guillermo doesn’t listen, lied to my credit card company stating I said my engine was overheating. My engine NEVER has overheated. The supposedly remanufactured/rebuilt transmission, he put in my vehicle kept overheating over and over until it completely went out after 8 months and less than 1700 miles wasting more of my time. Takes 4-6 weeks to make repairs that only last less than an hour to a month at the most. Doesn’t test drive the vehicle more than a few blocks. Ran my batteries down (starting and 2 house batteries). Replaced parts without my approval that didn’t need changing. Went to check my Rialta, it was parked on the side where anyone could access it with the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition! First time I picked it up he backed it up into dirt pile clogging the tailpipe to my generator. If you have a VW Rialta Winnebago or VW Eurovan don’t go here as they are specialized and Guillermo shouldn’t be fixing them.
