Full Throttle Customer Reviews

We had a torque converter replaced in our truck in Feb 2017 here. After the repair we took the truck home and parked it for sale. We have driven it maybe a total of 100 miles all the while it was still acting funny not running right. We parked it and haven't driven it for 9 months. We decided to drive it to work and keep the for sale sign up hoping to sell it. Night before last the bolt on the bell housing backed out and punctured a hole in the oil filter causing the oil pressure to fall this locking up the engine. When we attempted to turn the truck over the entire bell housing twists and you can tell the bell housing bolts were never torqued. We called full throttle and sent them texts with pictures. They never called us back so I drove an hour from bellefontaine to Lima to speak to them face to face. I was told that it had been a year, the picture is plausible but they weren't going to do anything about it. He said that we could've messed with it or caused it. He said he red lock tights ever bolt on. I said I can guarantee there is no red lock tight on any of the bolts. He laughed and said that is your word against ours. They will not step up when something they did is wrong or fails and refuses to even come up with a solution. They don't return calls or answer the phone when they know you have an issue or complaint. Save yourself and your vehicle! Take it ANY WHERE ELSE.
