Full Send Powersports Introduce

For enthusiasts of ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles in Zanesville, OH, and the surrounding area, **Full Send Powersports**, located at 2928 Maysville Pike, Zanesville, OH 43701, USA, positions itself as a service provider within the **Auto Repair Stations** category. This establishment primarily caters to the unique needs of powersports vehicles, offering various services and potentially selling goods related to their maintenance and performance. Based on customer feedback, the experience at Full Send Powersports can be varied, underscoring common challenges and successes within the specialized powersports repair sector.

The environment at Full Send Powersports, as a dedicated powersports service center, would typically involve a specialized workshop capable of handling the dimensions and specific requirements of ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles. This means dedicated bays for smaller, off-road vehicles, appropriate lifts, and specialized tools for diagnosing and repairing these types of engines, suspensions, and electrical systems. The retail front, if present, would likely stock parts and accessories relevant to powersports, such as tires, lubricants, protective gear, and performance upgrades. Given the nature of powersports, the environment would aim to be efficient for quick turnarounds on common services, recognizing that owners often want their vehicles back on the trails or tracks as soon as possible. While there's no explicit description of a waiting area or customer lounge, a professional and organized shop floor would be expected to reflect competence and care in handling valuable powersports equipment.

As an **Auto Repair Station** focusing on powersports, Full Send Powersports would offer a range of services tailored to these vehicles. Based on customer reviews, these services include:

  • Tire Mounting and Repair: A common service for ATVs and Side-by-Sides (SXS), as noted by a positive customer review, including on-the-spot fixes.

  • General Maintenance and Service: This would encompass routine checks, fluid changes, and tune-ups essential for the longevity and performance of powersports vehicles.

  • Diagnostic and Performance Repair: As indicated by a customer's experience with a Honda 400ex, they undertake more complex repairs related to engine performance and other mechanical issues. This implies expertise in troubleshooting and fixing problems that affect a vehicle's operation.

  • Accessory Sales: The mention of selling "slick products that I clean my powersports with" suggests they also retail powersports cleaning and maintenance supplies, and potentially other accessories for ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles.

While the provided information does not detail a full list of all services, the nature of a powersports repair shop would generally cover engine work, transmission issues, suspension tuning, electrical diagnostics, and brake services specific to these vehicle types.

The features of Full Send Powersports, as gleaned from customer feedback, present a mixed picture. On the positive side, a key feature is their **competitive pricing for routine services like tire mounting**. One customer explicitly stated they "charge much more reasonable prices than dealers," which is a significant draw for powersports owners seeking cost-effective solutions for common needs. The ability to provide **short-notice service**, such as fixing a tire quickly, also demonstrates a level of responsiveness and flexibility that can be highly valued by customers. This suggests an operation capable of accommodating urgent needs when possible. Furthermore, the availability of **powersports cleaning products and accessories** adds value, allowing customers to purchase related items directly from the shop. For many, a localized service center that specializes in powersports is a vital resource, as not all auto repair shops handle these unique vehicles.

However, the customer reviews also highlight significant areas concerning service quality and customer interaction. A detailed negative review points to issues with **diagnostic accuracy and repair effectiveness**, where a bike continued to have problems after a costly repair. The mention of a "steering stem came back bent" after service is a serious concern, indicating potential issues with handling or care of the vehicle during the repair process. This review also points to **inconsistent communication and customer service issues**, with a customer being "passed around like a hot potato" and encountering what they described as "objective and egoistic" behavior from a supposed owner, including a threat to call the police. This suggests challenges in maintaining consistent service standards and professional communication, particularly when disputes arise. The differing experiences underscore the importance of clear expectations and transparent communication from the outset.

Regarding promotional information, Full Send Powersports' primary promotion appears to be its **competitive pricing for specific services**, particularly compared to larger dealerships. The positive feedback about "more reasonable prices" for tire mounting serves as a strong point of attraction. While specific promotional offers were not provided, a powersports repair shop might typically engage in:

  • Seasonal Maintenance Deals: Offering discounts on pre-season tune-ups for ATVs or winterization services for motorcycles.

  • Package Deals: Bundling tire mounting with balancing, or oil changes with general inspections.

  • Social Media Engagement: Showcasing completed projects, new products, or behind-the-scenes glimpses of their work to attract enthusiasts.

  • Local Event Participation: Sponsoring or participating in local off-road races, rallies, or powersports gatherings to build brand awareness and connect with the community.

For direct inquiries about services, pricing, or to schedule an appointment, local users can contact Full Send Powersports at their phone number: (740) 297-8697 or mobile phone: +1 740-297-8697.

In conclusion, Full Send Powersports operates as an **Auto Repair Station** specializing in powersports vehicles in Zanesville, OH. It offers valuable services such as tire mounting and general maintenance, with a notable advantage in competitive pricing for some services. However, potential customers should be aware that experiences can vary, and clear communication regarding repair expectations, costs, and potential outcomes is advisable. The business aims to be a local resource for ATV, UTV, and motorcycle owners, providing specialized care for their unique vehicles.
