Used to be good! Not so much anymore. Tried to tell my brother he needed more work on his car than he actually needed. They Quoted around 1500$ he only needed less than half that. (We got a second opinion) it's running great now.

My family has been coming to Friesen's since possibly 1991. Part of our decision to stick with these guys for so long has been the way they treated us from the very start. In the past, I've had auto repair professionals try to sell me extra services, I didn't need. Friesen's has never done that to me, my wife or my grown kids. As long as they stay in business, I imagine we'll keep coming back.

Worst experience EVER! Quoted a price over the phone and said it would only take a day and a half. Dropped our car off and left it. Called the next day and said "I was WAY off on price, then quoted a new price of over $5,000 more than original quote. Told him we would come and pick up car, not interested, he proceeded to tell me there was a charge of $200. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. BAD BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!
