So disappointed in Acura and the service department. We had a recall on our 2016 pearl white Acura MDX. This our 2nd MDX purchased at this location. The paint was peeling off the whole top of car. We contacted and to spoke to the Service Manager Daniel and asked him about getting a car to use since it was a recall. He stated they can’t do it because they can’t loose money on giving us a car???? It’s your companies recall ….. you kept my car for 7 days and $450 dollars in rental car later my car is repainted. Why is that my responsibility???? It was not because of my use of the car but I get stuck paying because your company messed up on paint job? So disappointed in the service. This will be my last car with Acura!

The customer service here was outstanding. I am very hesitant to get my car serviced because of bad experiences. At one point I even drove to the dealership in Modesto for service on my 2019 Acura TLX. The female owner called me directly to find out how my experience was and what could be improved. It’s so nice to see a lady owned business who truly cares about their customers. I could tell that they paid attention to detail with the snacks and drinks offered in their waiting area. Every lady in the reception area gave me some kind of compliment and they were very clear about what was needed for my car that day as well as the cost of service. I’m so glad to have a service station that I trust. Also glad I can go right down the street to Fresno Acura and won’t have to drive to Modesto anymore. Will definitely be bringing my car here for regular service.

Service center called us last minute to bring our RDX in service and to add luggage rails. The work was completed quickly and the look is very nice. Unfortunately, they passed on washing our vehicle because we just had it washed that same morning. We ended up with a much dirtier vehicle than when we arrived. It was dusty from the shop and the windows had water streaks because they rolled them down and then back up without wiping them down. They also left prints on the windshield. The sales staff has been nothing less than great. In particular, long time sales representative, Harris Prieto.
