Just picked up my car that was restored by the team at Freddy's after an auto accident and she looks as good as new! Not only did they completely restore the body of the car they also detailed inside and waxed the entire car. Every aspect of my experience with this shop was five star. They estimated quickly and fairly, they responded to all inquiries from myself and the insurance company the same day. They also worked directly with insurance to repair and not total my older car (old but low in miles and financially important to me to not have to replace it). Was restored quickly and ahead of estimated schedule. The team was professional and compassionate, could not have asked for better service. The front end of this car was a mess, grill was smashed, hood off center, etc....see for yourself it is not anymore!

Freddy’s auto body does not know the difference between the color purple and red. I brought my red van in and left with a purple front end. They called me to pick up the van when it was raining outside so I wouldn’t notice. When I called them later in the day to tell them the color didn’t match they were very rude. If you want shoddy work and poor customer service go to Freddy’s auto body!
