I want to genuinely say I enjoyed my interactions with Erica😂😂 she is super pleasant, super real and down to earth we connected on so many levels, even just to let Time pass by (it was as natural as bugging my BFF at work while she’s behind the desk and we are just cracking up all morning$) I had my rental reservations next-door at Enterprise And had to return my initial rental due to an engine issue and I even stopped in To chat with her just to say hi Although I had a short interaction with Cindy over the phone, she was super sweet cindy I almost thought it was Erica over The 📱 phone lol Listen , you guys have a great staff I enjoy Tony “the boss “as he mentioned he was very thorough and kept me up-to-date with all of my Vehicles projects when I return to pick up my car, I didn’t even recognize it anymore. It was as if I picked up my brand new vehicle straight off the lot. I mean, the photo speaks for themselves You guys are wonderful. I really appreciate you getting me in on a busy morning and working with me and corresponding with me throughout my three weeks of service, keep up the awesome work ❤️

The service was quick. They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time 3 1/2 days. The staff was extremely professional. However, I only give it four stars because they did not tighten the lug nuts on my rim. I ended up driving all the way to Chicago not realizing that the front wheel was getting ready to fall off. I had to b-line it and make a U-turn and head back to the shop where they discovered that three of the bolts were not tightened. Simple mistake, but could have been disastrous. I ended up taking an emergency day off of work because I didn’t know what was happening . They also fixed a dent for $300 which I still look at in amazement like how did you do that so perfectly. Overall, my visit was pleasant. I love that the rental car company Enterprise is right next-door. If I ever have an issue, I do intend on coming back. Let’s hope that doesn’t have to happen.

Dropped off my car at Carstar with a shattered windshield and a damaged roof. The turn around time was so quick, in a week the repair was finished with a perfect paint match on the roof. Super professional team who updated me throughout the process and the pick up was seamless. Would recommend to anyone from the area.

I would not recommend Carstar, my experience was bad. Tony is a fake or a crook but in my opinion I think a scumbag as I believe he was trying to take advantage of me. I was rear ended and had my car fixed here because it worked with the other persons insurance company and it was close to work. After a week and a half Tony called to say my car was fixed but that ever since I dropped it off he could not get the car to run. I previously have had no problems. He suggested it was the battery, which is only a year old. I questioned it and he said he’d inspect further. He called me back to say I probably needed a new alternator, since my car was 11 years old with 113,000 miles. He was going to send my car down the road to his buddy Andy’s. I went to Andy’s to let him know I was not happy and that I was confused by this finding. Andy checked out the car and found out the battery just needed charging. That it drained because of the work Tony did with the trunk open or the accident itself. Either way Tony was trying to get met to get unnecessary service on my car. He was supposed to call me back per Andy and never did. Untrustworthy, do not go. Reposting bc it was taken down within 30min. Also they used scotch tape to hang a sign on my window, that was fun to get off
