A few days later I received a letter from the loan company stating my loan was for 72 months and I needed to follow up with the dealership. I attempted to call Mustafa five times. Two times his mailbox was full and the other three times I was able to leave a message. I was very disappointed; He did not return any of my phone calls.

I went to Honda on Friday, June 30th to get an oil change and tire rotation. The communication was great and everything was done in a timely manner. However, after a few days I realized that the technician failed to manually set the maintenance levels on the car, and did not update the oil change sticker. I would consider this to be halfway job in my opinion.
