Overall pretty good service. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because all my presets were deleted, the miles were in kilometers and the climate control was in Celsius. I have been a technician for 30 years and it was a big deal if we didn't put the owners presets back the way they were when we got in the vehicle. Maybe it is not a big deal at Ford dealers as it is some others or maybe just lack of attention to detail. Other than that is was excellent experience.

Incompetent. Had a recall performed on my vehicle that turns out was not applicable to my vehicle. The result was a technician drilling a hole the the bed of my truck because that's "what Ford says to do". Would be fine if my truck needed to recall performed but that fact that it did not and the technician proceeded to drill the hole anyways. The hole is not the issue. The issue is they did not have the common sense to think before drilling and didn't feel the need to even report or seal the bare metal caused by their mistake. Very disappointed

Great service department! Heather was very helpful and insightful about their new Mobile service as well as taking care of my truck during my service visit. Even arranged to have it dropped off at my home when I wasn't able to pick it up. They made it very convenient for me and will gladly come back.

What a great team you have.I Arrived on Monday at your parts department to buy a key fob but you were out of stock. No worries your counter clerk said I'll order it now and will be here tomorrow. I scheduled an appointment with your service team and they programmed it in short time.when it was time to pay I only had cash.The team brought me over to a cashier on the other side of your dealership to pay.From start to finish it was a remarkable journey. I always get outstanding service when having my car worked on at Tirapelli Ford. I have an older car and they always give me an honest evaluation on how my car is running and what needs to be done to keep it running efficiently. It is extremely nice to go to a service department that you have faith in and trust. Alex does a great job keeping me informed of the status of my car. I will continue to bring my car in to the service department. They all do a great job.
