O stars!!! An absolute nightmare to deal with. Making an "appointment" with them means "to get on the list for the day," regardless of the appointment, which didn't seem to matter anyway. MISLEADING!! Nobody wants to help you when you go to the service department. Even with all the workers there, there's nobody to help you. You can see them talking to each other. They notice you and turn their back so they don't see you. They seem to be very understaffed at the other service department, the quick lane. Nothing "quick" about it. Took forever to get someone to help me, or just to "get on the list" The salespeople are no better. When you need anything, a question, or a part, they don't return any calls. I could see the "look" on the saleswomans face and the sighs that were made having to talk to me or help me. There was no real friendly staff, except this 1 person. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. He went out of his way to help me. The guy at the service department desk was overly concerned with his ratings he forgot 1 thing, making sure the customer is getting good customer service. Why would I give you 5 stars just for taking my payment more uncomfortable than needed. I've made dental appointments, hair appointments, dinner reservations, doctors appointments, etc...An appointment isn't going somewhere you think your are gonna get help. If I made a doctor/dentist appointment they are not going to tell me to wait for all the other people who just walked in before me. A dinner reservation is a guaranteed table. This company has it all wrong in every way. What happened to the customer is always right?Not the customer doesn't know what their talking about, meanwhile I'm just standing here and playing games or whatever at the desk telling you I want 5 stars. I don't need a poor excuse of an apology saying we're sorry you had a bad experience blah blah blah. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Theres nothing you can do and I don't need to talk to anyone from Chalmers Ford!!!!!

Poor customer service. Had a recall service appt drop off at 7:30am. Didn't get un update, I called about 3:30 and left message with advisor. At 4:20pm i get a call back and I was informed that vehicle hasn't been worked on and will be ready next day. I wouldn't mind if my vehicle was being worked on and the job (ticket) wouldn't be complete until tomorrow, but the fact that my vehicle would just sit there all day untouched and me asking for rides to get around just doesn't make sense. Not sure if they could have helped with a car rental or shuttle. If so, it wasn't offered. Picked up my vehicle right away and taking elsewhere.
