We took our Jeep in, the Collision manager came outside looked at tire rim and said oh this is not repairable, you should get a new rim. We were happy cause that is what we wanted. That was a Thursday , the following week I get a text and it says that the rim will be polished, I called and said this is not what was said, the girl which I do not remember her name got rude right away and I myself then got pissed, I said you didn’t communicate this to us. I told her that her boss said the rim would be replaced, she said stated she heard the whole conversation she was standing right there, I told her no she wasn’t we were outside , I told her to let me talk to her supervisor, which took her 5 minutes to get him. He then came on him and I had words and he said if we are having problems now this early then maybe we should stop and you can come for car. He then said is that what you want. I told him to finish my car. I then called his supervisor which was only there to defuse the situation. The collision department has no customer service at this time. I have been there plenty of times with a different manager and it was pleasant. I just bought a Bronco from this company at Christmas and it was great. But if this person is still in the collision department and my car is damaged I will go to another dealer. I will be writing a letter a owner. No matter how mad a customer is you better know how to calm them down. The whole team wanted me to call the insurance company and tell them I wanted a new rim, if I wanted one.

This place sucks. For one, not once did I get a call back when they said they would until they realized they forgot (twice) to charge me the full amount then my phone started blowing up. They left a gap (you can see the bumper cover clips) in my bumper when putting the bumper cover back on and couldn’t get it right the second time either. When I called them and spoke to them about what could be done, the manager told me my car was mass produced (it’s a Type R, they’re a limited production vehicle so he’s wrong) and this was as good as they could do because it wasn’t a BMW or an Audi. He then offered me a free car wash after they swirled my paint with the first one. They also kept me waiting a week for a part I ended up not needing (I had to order the part myself). Should have taken my car somewhere else. I came here because Perfection Honda recommended them. I’ll be sure to show them the car on my next visit so they can see what they recommending to people.

Very satisfied on the work they’ve done. They explained everything on what’s to be done and gave us a timeline (deadline) on when they will finish the repairs. The car was ready as scheduled.
