My car service at Fletcher Jones was above and beyond what I expected. From check in to check out. Rob was great. The service video sent to me to review the service was also super helpful. The loaner was waiting for me. Pick up was a breeze. Overall an amazing experience.

I recently heard loud clicks coming from my tire, and being only a light away from the dealer at around 4 pm, I decided to drive up to the service station. As soon as I pulled up, the service technician approached me immediately and helped me flag down my service advisor Ron Broussard. Within a minute, he was assisting me personally. I'm incredibly grateful for Ron's prompt, caring, and efficient service. The tire was changed out, and they even washed my car—all in just a little over an hour— I am always pleased with the supreme services consistently from Newport Fletcher Jones.

Absolutely awesome experience with the service department. It was my first visit and this is not where I bought my new GLE 450. Everyone was extremely helpful, cheerful and friendly. The dealership is spectacular! Has everything you need if your waiting for your car. Probably one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever been too. I got my car just as promised on time with no surprises. Plus they let me pick my loaner car and they had quite a selection. Very cool. Bravo to all!!

My Customer Service experience with them has always been top notch. Everyone there has always taken care of us and made any required maintenance SUPER easy with loaner vehicles, etc.
