This is the place to go! Keith meet met with a more than a welcome attitude. And was a pleasure to communicate with. Keith got 1 of the best mechanics I have had the opportunity to be around to help me. Wish I would have written his name down but he knows his stuff. Then another mechanic came in while I was waiting for my ride and his knowledge of his job was wonderful. I will be back. See you soon.

My Dodge Ram 3500 truck began lugging as I pulled my 5th wheel camper up hills south of Columbus on late Friday afternoon. I pulled off at Lancaster and found a campground. I began calling around looking for a good diesel shop. I found Fleetmasters LLC at 3:45pm. Doug answered the phone and asked me questions about my problem and then told me to come right over! The mechanic read the codes and figured out what needed to be done to fix my problem. I made an appointment for the following Wednesday for a full diagnostic service if the problem persisted. The problem was fixed and we were back on the road. This is a great shop and I highly recommend them. Thanks Doug, Cody, Jessica and Brian.

First off, the service we eventually recorded was excellent. Our tech, Cody, was very skilled and good company along the way. However Fleetmasters failed to communicate and coordinate with us multiple times. Their messaging service is a major part of the problem. If the phone rings a few times and then gets picked up by someone who wants to take a message. Do not expect the message to be delivered. Do no expect a call back. You’re better off calling repeatedly until you get through to Fleetmasters directly. Let me explain our story, we were driving our RV to a KOA and our brake lines failed on the way. We made it to camp, but didn’t feel safe driving to a service center. Fleetmasters Was recommended to us as a mobile service company. This was in the depths of The hottest days of summer. We called them and they sent a tech immediately to diagnose the problem. We were told that they needed to get parts and they would come and help us out the next evening. Unfortunately we were in an area with poor cell phone reception. And we didn’t have sufficient AC so anyone at the RV was cooking. We received insufficient calls to be able to plan around the arrival of a tech. We received zero text messages. Texts would have helped because they are more reliable in poor service areas. In the end we were away from the RV when the tech arrived to do the repair. The tech left without calling or speaking with us. This delayed the repair another day. Unfortunately this put us at risk of missing work Since our vacation was meant to be ending. So we hung out next to the RV for the next day to ensure we didn’t miss the next pass of the service truck. If Fleetmasters can get their communication system working, this would easily be a five star review. If you use Fleetmasters, be very proactive about phone calls.

These guys are great. My classic motorhome broke down and the guys went above and beyond to get it fixed. My alternator locked up and it takes a special part that is no longer made so they tracked down someone who could rebuild it and drove all the way to Columbus to get it rebuilt for me and still got done on time.

These guys are absolutely awesome! We bought a hydraulic hose crimper and a bunch of fittings and the rack from these guys for our shop, and it was so cool when we went to pick it up just chatting with them and looking at all their equipment that they wanted to sell us also. Great job, the guys are so cool and if you're a fan of deadliest catch you we'll swear to God that you are talking to Jonathan hillstrand! Thank you guys
