Fix-Rite Auto Body & Repair || Best Car servicing Center in Brooklyn,New York,USA

I’ve been going to this shop for the past 5 years. They do good work. Why only 4 stars? The last time I went, they only had 1 guy there and he didn’t speak English very well. I told him I wanted a lube job and he had to call someone to find out what I was talking about. He did a good job and even moved my car onto the street so that it would be easier when I was ready to leave. They only take cash. OK, fine. I went to an ATM. They don’t have a cash register & he didn’t have any change on him. C’mon! If you’re going to run a cash only business, then you HAVE to be able to make change. Also, you have to have at least one person on the premises who speaks English. Again, this was my 1st bad experience and it wasn’t about the work they did.

I had a great experience at Fix-Rite. Service was prompt and a great deal. I had quite a bit of brake work done, struts replaced, the oil changed, and an annual inspection. They communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Came here for auto engine diagnosis & fix and inspection for BMW, the owner literally tried to charge me $4500!!! for nothing, later I went to another auto repair body shop and they got it done for $650. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, they RIP YOU OFF!! Don't believe in the 5 star reviews, those are ALL FAKE

I had a great experience with this garage! The mechanics sounds very knowledgeable about my 2014 Lexus GS. I also found them very honest regarding my car problems. They quickly identified the actual problems with my car, explained the repairs in a way I could easily understand, and got everything fixed at a very reasonable price. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust, but I feel confident bringing my car here from now on. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality car repairs and excellent customer service!

I recently visited this place to have some parts replaced on my car, and I had a very good experience. STAY CLEAR FROM HERE. THEY LEFT MY TIRE LOOSE AND BROKE MY LUG/BOLT AFTER THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR REPLACING THE AXLE. THEY PUT THE HUB CAP COVER ON. AFTER I HEARD THE NOISE , I REMOVED THE HUBCAP A SAW THIS. THE TIRE WAS LOOSE.. THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE IMMIGRANTS WORKING THEIR. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK, THEY SAY NOT THEIR FAULT
