I had a mystery with my 2021 Kia Forte, when new rear tires go to the bold condition just within a couple of thousand miles. Being a returning customer I went straight to Bobby's and was told that the whole rear axle beam needs to be replaced due to being slightly bent, that was unnoticeable for me. As an investigative individual with some knowledge of cars I decided to get an alternative opinion. As I expected, every place I visited told me something new, but not making sense based on my knowledge. So I decided to proceed with the full replacement of the rear axle beam. To my great surprise, the car took alignment perfectly and drives like new again. Thank you guys for your experience and up-to-date equipment!

Nice staff. I came for a wheel alignment and they had a Russian man fix it, nice guy but he didn't speak english which made it hard to communicate. My alignment wasn't fixed at all. Wasted $70.
