Amazing service! I worked with Corinna and Danny, they were super friendly and honest with me. They told me if I dropped my vehicle off on Monday, I will get it back by Friday and they delivered their word! My vehicle looks like it just came off the lot!

The customer service here was excellent. The work was great and efficient. I recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body repairs, they go above and beyond to get the job done. Here you will find very friendly & attentive staff members whom are very knowledgeable within their line of work. They kept me posted with updates & called me sooner than I thought to pick up my car. Thank you Fix Auto USA for not only fixing my Traverse to look better than before the damage occurred but also for going out of your way to make sure I took home a safe & clean car. 🙂

It’s been years since I got rid of my G37 coupe they worked on at this location but they were amazing from start to finish. Professional, friendly, the service was quick and they were able to fix the front bumper and get a new grill for it as well. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second time I've used Fix Auto El Monte for my Tesla repair. The turn around time was extremely quick and the work is exceptional. They were also able to organize my rental through the other parties insurance, which was extremely convenient for me. Fix Auto will be my new body shop moving forward.

Hands down the best place to take your Tesla to get repairs. Awesome customer service, the front desk Corina is very perceptive and knows exactly what you need. I love the constant communication you get from them. My car was damage on the door side and Tri help me with the whole process from beginning to end. He is such an amazing guy, helps you feel confident that they will do a great job with your car. Even though other places told me that there is a long back order on the parts Tri got them rather quickly. My car came back better than new. Thank you for washing the car and taking such good care of it. I highly recommend this place and they don’t over charge you at all. Such a well run place
