Everyone is so very there nice. But I had a diagnostic from another car place that told us what was going on. We knew the problem going in. It’s not like they had to search for the problem. I was charged for the diagnostic part. I think that was a little crappy. They knew what was going on because I told them and I was still charged. Prices are way too high for us. Sadly after 30 years (1995) of going to the place it used to be, we will need to go somewhere else.

Friendly, efficient, professional staff. Clean neat facility reflected their efforts to make customers comfortable with their business and service. I certainly was, after discussing the issues with my vehicle we arrived at a plan to get me back on the road and the cost of everything. Since I was by myself I really appreciated their concierge service. I was driven home and a few hours later received notice my car was ready and soon had a ride at my door to bring me back to the shop and a well taken care of car that had been serviced much quicker than I expected. I definitely will be returning for the next service.

I loved the way I was kept informed about everything that was being done and why. There was no pressure to do something in addition to what was scheduled. They did find my battery was bad, so I was able to replace it before getting up one day and being unable to start my car. I really appreciated the shuttle service since I only have one car. This was my first experience with First Class Halt, but it definitely won't be my last. Thank you all.
